"My favorite thing about Spectrum is seeing the number of people promoted internally. They recognize the talent they have, they hear us when we say we want to advance, and help build us up. I think that alone says a lot about the company. The opportunity is awesome here if you're willing to come in and work hard. Also LOVE the 6% 401K match."

"I've been at Spectrum for almost 2 years and couldn't imagine myself at any other company! I work with a lot of driven and professional women who take their careers very seriously as well as their personal lives. Spectrum has a generous PTO policy with additional sick time so you can actually use your PTO for rest/relaxation. I also have a manager who believes in taking time for your family and yourself. As long as you get your work done, your time is flexible. There is also a lot of opportunity to grow within the company, so you aren't stuck in one position."
