"If you are ok with leadership changing your shift as they see fit and taking away your flexibility then its a great place to work. The larger we grew there was a clear decline in culture. "

"At the department level, things are great. You will always those areas that feel uncomfortable if you look hard enough. Focus on your team and building those relationships and they will always back you up. "
