The company has inflexible remote work policies, little respect for employees personal time off, and has a culture that is difficult to support as a leader. Overall the company has great trajectory from a growth and business perspective and pays well, however lack the culture, policy enforcement, and flexibility to retain employees and promote work/life balance. "

"I joined the telecommunications industry over 10 years ago from the hospitality industry and as a mom and also someone who very much enjoys her career, finding balance is something that is always a goal.
