"Squarespace is an overall great place to work. I'm very happy here, and my coworkers are all smart, relatable people who make even rough days a little better. Of all the companies I've worked at, it feels like the place women are treated with the most equity, though in my view there is always room for improvement, and this would hold true of likely any workplace. "

"Inspiring mission to empower creatives, entrepreneurs and small businesses. Incredible people and culture, with many working parents. Half of the executive team are women, which is rare to find."

"Maternity leave and health care benefits are great! There are mother's rooms at every office location with a breast pump, bottles of water, sink to wash bottles, cleaning supplies, etc. Our medical plan has been nicknamed the free baby plan where there's no cost to have a baby!"
