"You see many women in leadership roles, which I appreciated and is a sign to women that they can grow within the company. However, a good amount of those women didn't have children so I do think doing it with a family is difficult. "

"This company stands for great things. It has a mission that is easy to fall in love with. The culture that the company is aiming for is rarely attainable under such high stress conditions. Especially with little support from management and drastic cuts in labor. "

"The benefits offered by the company are extraordinary. It can be difficult to be a working parent at one of these stores, and I have found that the schedules are not conducive to managing a household with kids. However, to be able to get health insurance, school assistance, and even food and beverage benefits at a non-executive job is pretty unusual. "
