"This company is led by strong female CEO and accordingly I feel that all values and opinions are welcomed & encouraged at Sterling. The career paths for all employees has gotten stronger and more defined over the year and me personally, I have been successful climbing the corporate ladder."

"I appreciate the support that I receive from Leadership. My performance is measured on my output and results, and not by when I clock in and out. I do not feel penalized for taking care of my family when those times of need come up expectantly. "
