      "I have never felt that I couldn't climb up the ladder or wasn't being heard due to my gender. There is a genuine respect for everyone based on ability, not gender. We have some of the strongest women leading this company and it is incredibly inspiring."

      "I have worked for Sterling Talent Solutions for over a decade and have had ample opportunity to move around and gain experience in various different areas - even unrelated to my background!! One thing I would say to all women, you can be whoever you want to be, you just have to work hard on yourself and grow into the person that you want to be! Don't use being a woman as an excuse... you can have anything you want - just grow into that person!! Much love to all women! Let's empower and encourage each other!! xx"
