"I've worked here for over 10 years, so I may be in a special category, but I have seen this company evolve a lot since I started. I love that we have strong female executive leadership. I have a lot of meetings where it's all executive women -- hasn't always been like that!
We also have excellent benefits, like stock options, great healthcare, and some Salaried employees get the "freedom time off" plan, which means you don't really have vacation hours you have to use or lose, you can just take time off any time you want as long as your manager approves it. It really takes the stress out of vacation planning.
Also, working remotely (for my particular role) is awesome. And I also get to travel to various offices a few times a year which is nice. That being said, I know I work in a specific role that allows these benefits, so not every role is equal.
But overall -- I feel extremely lucky to work for a company like Sunrun that continues to put in a lot of effort to care for its employees and customers, and continues to evolve and improve every year!"

"Didn't have information on unpaid parental leave -- i just know parents get 8 weeks off, and they can take them off when they want -- so they don't have to take them off all at once. Its common to take off a few weeks, then go back to work, then take off a few more weeks (depending on their particular situation)"

"I love working for Sunrun! As a young woman leader I do not feel I am any less respected than someone with a different gender or age. I would not be here if my focus was compensation; but I do have freedom to express myself and be the leader I want to be."
