Sunrun's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an integral component of Sunrun’s Inclusion strategy. They help foster a culture of inclusion and belonging for all. All Sunrun ERGs are aligned to support the following focus areas:
Attraction: Enhance Sunrun’s hiring efforts by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on sourcing initiatives.
Retention and Progression: Enhance the development and retention of underrepresented and marginalized employees by supporting talent programs and mentoring initiatives.
Culture and Belonging: Raise awareness of the depth of various identities and cultural backgrounds of Sunrunners through celebration of Awareness Months/Days.
Policy and External Impact: Represent Sunrun in the Community and participate in outreach programs.
Sunrun currently has seven ERGs open to all employees of different groups and their allies.
Sunrun offers Paid Parental leave to full-time, regular employee working 30 hours or more per week and have completed one year of consecutive service with Sunrun at the time of the birth/adoption event.
