"A rigid company run by old white men, who regularly overlooks and frequently demeans women and any stereotypically female behavior. Policing tone and discouraging vulnerability at every turn."

"Company cohesion is somewhat fractured, but the upper-level leadership is mainly female. Culture will vary greatly depending on department. If you find a leader you respect and work well with, it can be a great place. Overall, I don't have any concerns about sexual harassment or other gender-based intimidation or discrimination on ANY team. "
