"The culture is not always supportive or healthy. Upper management creates stress for other management levels that can lead to a exhaustive environment. However, this was one of my first corporate jobs so maybe I am just inexperienced. A lot of people I was around had been with the company for many years and spoke highly of it. There are a lot of women (and diversity) in the management and a nice benefits package."

"At work at HQ which would be different than a store. The work life balance is great. Lots of opportunities to work from home. It is easy to take care of my kid when he is sick. However, I think they could do better with maternity leave benefits, and compensation transparency. Also, there is no onsite daycare which I find surprising for such a large company with so many other onsite perks."

"Their policies are supportive of women and work-life balance, and there are many women in leadership positions. Overall it's an empowering culture. It has gotten better, but there is still some opportunity for all work styles/personalities to be embraced. (i.e. extroverts vs. introverts). Can be cut-throat depending on team/department. "
