"This varies per office but I know that our old Director (a man with a stay at home wife) was not flexible or understanding on things that involved family. Our new Director (a woman), is much more understanding. "

"Don't work as a contractor. They are interested in the bottom line and not individual career goals. After a contract ends, that's the end of the relationship since you are not of value to them any longer. "

"TEKsystems is truly committed to fostering the development and growth of women both locally and nationally.
