"This is great company to work for, but the work/life balance was not feasible for me. It seemed to be even more difficult for women who had families. I couldn't see it as a long term fit. Really, it is the nature of the beast. You're not going to find much flexibility in any staffing agency. "

"Do not let the lack of women in senior level positions deter you from wanting to achieve at this organization. We have some awesome women who are paving the way for our future leaders of tomorrow. We have made some great strides over the years which has moved more women into Director positions which in time will result in more VPs, Executive Directors and Senior Directors. "

"TEKsystems is a great place to work! Over the last several years, they have changed their maternity leave policy, added programs for nursing moms and implemented flexible schedules across the workforce. The culture is competitive yet supportive and allows women to compete equally with men. "
