"TEKSystems is a consultant based staffing company. They are exceptional at keeping their consultants employed in positions. However, as in many staffing companies, the model is not full-time, salaried with benefits. The model is wage (excellent compensation), and minimalistic benefits. "

"TEKsystems offers a competitive base salary (starts the same for all employees) and uncapped commission that is directly based off individual performance. Generous maternity leave"

"The maternity leave process can be confusing and compensation often gets messed up during leave. They do correct it, but it is a pain to have to check weekly and then follow up to get it corrected."
