"In my own experience we had a decent amount of women in leadership positions but they need to improve their family leave and maternity policies. Nothing is paid unless you use your PTO and if you pay for disability "

"Still an old boy's club at the top. There are zero maternity or paternity benefits which is crazy considering the size, scope and we're a healthcare company! Good work life balance and comp is high. "

"Mostly older people work here, so for a younger woman there isn't any peer group. Lots of travel expected from most positions Not very flexible working conditions (i.e.: working from home is not usually allowed). Very unstable work environment - lots of turnover."
