"The culture is improving a lot, and work/life balance is very good especially since the pandemic. The people are what makes working here so great!
Some downsides are not very many opportunities for promotion. However, with improving culture and new leadership, it's a great time to join. "

"My manager provides flexibility consistently. Because I have a global role, sometimes I have calls late or early. I am trusted to achieve outcomes, so I don't feel bad about leaving early when I have family events. I work about 45-50 hours per week on average."
