"My manager provides flexibility consistently. Because I have a global role, sometimes I have calls late or early. I am trusted to achieve outcomes, so I don't feel bad about leaving early when I have family events. I work about 45-50 hours per week on average."

"The technology is at the forefront in the industry, with a significant customer base that's growing. There have been recent leadership changes that have resulted in greater focus on execution and culture - which is a good thing. I'm able to have flexibility in my schedule to attend sporting events, or day-time school events, and the company provides unlimited vacation. "
