"There are so many ambitious, smart, talented people to work alongside and learn from here at Teradata. I am impressed with the emphasis being placed on overall diversity at every level of the company and the level of training and support being targeted at some of the people further down in the organization. I'm excited to see where they can grow to and to see them rise into the leadership ranks in the future. Work/life balance is good and there is never a dull day. "

"Teradata is a great place to work and offers a very generous time off policy including unlimited paid time off and flexible working options. As a working mom, this is extremely important to me. I also appreciate that my ideas are heard and valued, and I am able to make a positive impact in the organization in the work I do each day."
