"Teradata does a good job in recognizing women. They have a diversity & equality program that is will supported by top management. They just organised an event for the employees featuring a lot of top women in the industry, from different nationalities, education, industries. Very inspiring!"

"The culture is very inclusive, and the company is not complacent - they are making real efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive culture. The work environment is supportive and open. I feel that my colleagues genuinely care about and respect each other. Our leadership team are approachable and I feel that I can make a positive impact. "

"Teradata is the first company that I can see myself working at for the long term. I have a great team, really supporting manager, and a new CEO that is very inspiring, and motivating. While we go through some structural changes, the vision for the future couldn't be more clear. I'll be at Teradata for a while."
