"It's a huge organization. Depending on which department you are in, you might learn a lot and make a difference. But most likely men will be calling the shots. Many people work long hours though often from home. "

"It is a bit paternalistic as C-level management is almost all male and benefits (maternity leave) have just barely caught up with general workplace trends. But, overall it is a decent place to work for women and men."

"I believe it's 4 weeks paid leave. When I was on leave I did not have any paid time- I had to cobble together disability and vacation/sick days."
