"Capital Group excels at creating an environment that supports a good work life balance. Flexible hours allow for hobbies and family time that would otherwise be difficult to maintain.
My only concerns is around pay equality. Over the years I have seen a decrease in merit based pay. In an effort to be "fair" and "promote equal pay" they have actually stopped rewarding high performers with a higher salary for the most part. Often each year most salary increases will be the exact same percentage for all range of performers (effective performers get same increase % as the top performers)."

"CG is trying, but it's still a man's world and it's very difficult to climb the ladder as an ambitious woman. You're either too nice or too assertive, and women are often relegated to performing administrative duties. If you work here, be ready for that challenge, and don't let anyone hold you back."
