"Before joining Capital, I knew this was going to be a long-term move for me, so I asked the scary questions. Ex. Tell me about maternity leave, tell me about what it's like being a mom at Capital.
Not only was I given the resources to talk to the benefits team but, a female VP called to tell me her experience and perspective and thought process. I was shocked and so pleased. "

"Hard to move up into a leadership position. Good company if you want good work-life-balance, but not great if you want to move up in your career."

"Flexibility at CG truly depends on your specific manager, your role, and your department. We work in a highly regulated industry so there are certain departments that aren't able to provide the flexibility that most people would want/appreciate. Over the years, Capital has started to slowly evolve in response to employee engagement results related to flexible work arrangements."

You may be eligible for additional federal and state leaves."
