"Capital Group is making strides in our diversity and inclusion efforts however for someone that's been here for 15+ years I have always felt that we have done a good job. Women should look to Capital if they want to work for an employer that listens and provides opportunities to stretch and grow. Capital Group also provides superior benefits such as: amazing retirement, generous charitable matching, excellent benefits and very specific benefits for women (lactation rooms, ways to travel while breastfeeding, etc). I LOVE working her and couldn't imagine building a legacy anywhere else. "

"Our benefits and pay are top notch. We are also beginning to make progress with more flexibility (work from home and part time) but still have more to do in this space. While these are offered, there are many (both men and women) who do not take these and spend significantly more time, focus and energy with their career than a working parent can and the development, opportunities and promos, at the end of the day, will go to those who are tilted more toward work versus home/community, but it seems fair to me. There is also a very real effort to make sure women are placed into leadership roles. This needs to be constantly monitored but CG is doing a great job."
