"Capital is a competitive workplace, but it's not cut-throat. Mostly, it is enjoyable working with our associates, regardless of people's backgrounds; the social norms are good. The physical work environment is nice, and we have the tools (technology, office supplies, learning resources) that we need to do our jobs. The benefits allow for work-life balance (retirement plan, medical benefits, paid time off, family leave, educational reimbursement, mom's rooms, etc). We tend to over-use consulting resources, which could hamper our professional development opportunities though. "

"Women are treated fairly here. There are a lot of women in senior management positions, and I don't ever feel discriminated against in meetings."
