"I started at CG in 2005 and although I was hired in at an entry level role, my managers knew my prior work experience and really supported and encouraged me to try new things. I was promoted to management, where they had a strong training program with tons of support. In 2010, I moved out of state, left CG, and started a family. When I returned to CA, CG took me back--6 years later! I was surprised to find tons of people I knew from years before...and it felt like I had come home. My senior manager has been incredibly flexible with all of the commitments I now have as a working mom, allowing me to attend school events, doctor appointments, and even accommodating weekly baseball games...which inevitably start before my typical end time. Finally, the company offers amazing benefits, including child care for my son, when his school is closed. It allows me to have quality care for my son, and do my job--when I would otherwise need to stay home. I love this company and hope to stay until retirement. It's my second family. "

"Equality is non-existent in managerial roles, they specifically hired someone to finesse sites like this to promote the "culture". You need to be a climber to be promoted in roles. Never ending corporate politics is what exist here. If you bend over backwards for the right people they will promote you. "
