"It can sometimes be frustrating as there are naturally more men in engineering. They do have employee resource groups for women which is a great support resource. "

"There are strong expectations that people will be respectful, co-operative and constructive in their dealings with each other. The work is demanding, but there is zero drama. A very diverse workforce, and as long as you do your fair share of the work and do it well there's very little pressure about anything else. "

"Even though there are female Execs in leadership positions it is still challenging for ground floor female employees to move up. Science is a VERY male dominated field and the culture is deeply rooted but it is slowly changing. We have to work hard, build each other up, and not be afraid to be proud of our accomplishments."
