"The hybrid work schedule allows you to be in-office on the days when you are collaborating with others, and at your home office (or other location) when you need to focus on independent work."

"There is endless opportunities to grow and learn. Everyone I have worked with across the company is eager to help anyone who wants to learn. There are opportunities to move up and laterally if you find you are interested in a different role.
The company also publicly promotes inclusivity and diversity. Internally I think it depends on what organization and team you work on. Some are amazing at it, others are stuck in old ways of doing things.
There was flexibility until they started pushing back to office 3+ days a week for people in leadership roles without having a strong reasoning for why.
Thomson Reuters has also laid off a lot of people recently and with budget cuts there's less money for promotions which means less opportunity to move up.
I am very happy with the team I currently work with and my boss. He does a lot to bring women and underrepresented people up into leadership roles and provides a lot of opportunities to make big impacts across the company. I greatly appreciate him and the team. "

"My understanding is that culture still varies among teams and managers. I enjoy a very supportive manager who actively works to ensure I get fairly compensated and enough flexibility during my maternity and pumping seasons. I don't know if everyone gets the same level of support."

"Many managers are invested in helping you succeed in your career and ensure that you have work-life balance. People are compassionate and will pitch-in to help you out if you need to take time away from your work to care for yourself or those around you. It's a really supportive environment in my experience."
