"This is a company that believes in diversity of all kinds from the top down. Because of this, employees enjoy numerous benefits including our world-class parental leave. Training is available for all employees supporting diversity and inclusion. With regard to gender diversity and gender partnership, the company has set goals to achieve a more diverse workforce and has stated them publicly. "
