"I've progressed in my career here and have very supportive management. The company supports a work-life balance, but of course your manager plays a huge role in that."

"You can only succeed here if you add exclamation points to your emails, you are nice and sweet all the time, and use a sing-songy voice. You should not try to speak up too much in meetings or actually voice you opinion or you will be seen as too aggressive. This will be from both men and women."

"The company is pretty flexible with hours at least in my department. I work 8:30-5, but I could work 7:30-4 or 10-6:30 if I had an appointment. They have upped paid maternity leave from 8 weeks to 12 weeks. Work-life balance is pretty good. When I leave, I'm not expected to be doing any work until my shift starts the next day. I am able to work from home a couple of days of week as well."
