"Never before have I worked for a company that is walking the talk. It's genuine inclusion...simply native to Thoughtwork's culture...not an after thought as something they need to "catch up on"."

"I have 4 kids and find that I can make time to be involved in their school and activities during what would otherwise be "normal working hours". And I make up that time in the evenings because it suits my situation so much better. I love that no one even questions this and they are very supportive."

"In my entire 20+ year career, I have never worked for a company that so deeply cares about employees, diversity, inclusion, equity and culture as much as Thoughtworks.
I wish I had known about Thoughtworks earlier in my career so I could have joined sooner that this last year.
+ They encourage thought-leadership, inclusive behavior, building healthy relationships and networks at all levels.
+ They encourage you and provide easy access to opportunties to learning new skills /knowledge plus expand on existing ones.
The list of clients they work with is seriously awesome and Thoughtworkers are tasked with solving interesting problems and driving big outcomes.
That said, there is no such thing as a perfect company. For the most part I absolutely love and enjoy working with 95% of my fellow Thoughtworkers, but occaisonally, there maybe someone you don't align with - but that's okay here. There is so much room to do good things, you have choices about who you join in on a project with.
You are not going to get big bonuses but what you will get is a chance to enjoy your job and the people you work with while earning a pretty fair market income - and frankly to me - that is worth it. "

"I have been blown away by the gender diversity here at TW. I can attest that it is something that is embedded in our culture/DNA and have not seen anything to make me feel or think different. "

"Generally very egalitarian atmosphere with a lot of various mentors. Additionally company culture is one where you can ask anyone a question anytime. While they could do better, there are many women in technical leadership positions. Work life balance is something you'll have to enforce yourself, but most people are good about respecting the boundaries you make."

"This varies project to project. Must project managers have been pretty supportive, but not all. We are encouraged to give feedback in all circumstances."
