""Manager" is a loose term at TW. For me I define it as a combination of the tech leads on my team, my performance partners, and anyone else on my team who has more or different kinds of experience than I do. Overall I feel like everyone at TW is supportive, but some clients can be less supportive than others."

"Thoughtworks is a self-starter culture. There are tons of people who are around to support, but it's important to know that you're in the driver's seat. Autonomy, excellence, community, and transparency are all important qualities that Thoughtworks and Thoughtwokers value. "

"Advocate for yourself, because you WILL be heard, and you will gain more advocates. There are many women in leadership positions, which is motivational. "
