"I have never worked for a company that treated everyone with the same respect from day one. Thoughtworks is very diversified and really wants to hear what everyone has to say. The flexibility is amazing and I have had no issues, no micromanaging just do the job. The salary and compensation is top line. You do have to be patient during the interview process but it's worth the process. Thoughtworks is a company that has proven itself to be true to mission statement. "
