"Friendly and respectful work environment. Our industry is pretty "male dominated", nevertheless it does not feel like that working at Ubisoft. You can be whoever you are, you are part of the team. Come as you are, it is great :)"

"They will dock your annual bonus/pay increase by prorating the number of weeks you were out on leave. If you have 3 months off, for example, you are only eligible for 75% of your bonus and they will reduce the % of your annual pay increase by 25% (if you were eligible for a 3% raise [standard YoY comp increase], the year you had a baby and were out for 12 weeks your raise would be reduced to 2.25%). This severely impacts your ability to grow/catch up pace in compensation. "
