"Ultimate is work-hard, play-hard. I feel valued as a person, I am given opportunities to grow. I have worked in a lot of different companies and this is by far the best. My salary and opportunities for advancement are amazing. The work load can be intense, but so are the rewards. It's like a second family and my co-workers and I genuinely care about each other. I have not generally seen unhealthy or bad-spirited competition or backbiting, which has been common in other places I have worked."

"As a women in technology, I have never felt so empowered and supported. In 6 months I received extensive training, attended numerous events (we are always being celebrates) and was promoted. I am surround by woman and men that promote our People First culture and encourage one another. Ultimate Software truly is the greatest company I have had the pleasure to be a part of in my career. "

"Ultimate Software allows me to be a good mother to my children. If my children have an emergency or are sick, I know my manager will understand. My manager will allow me to work a flexible schedule and from home so that I may take care of my children's needs.
Also, Ultimate Software provides a place where I can openly voice my concerns and know they are being heard. I also know this company wants to see us grow as individuals and employees and provide guidance for us to do so. "

"Women are truly treated as equals at Ultimate. From the Women in Leadership program and mentoring to the Girls in Tech events. Ultimate finds so many ways that show women are valued. Additionally, they walk the walk when it comes to supporting flexibility to allow you to have family time (unlimited PTO!, WFH and Flexible Schedules). Truly when you work at Ultimate it seems like an extension of your family. "
