"Flexibility to work remote for individual contributor which is amazing. However moving past individual contributor is hard as there are lack of roles whether in office or virtual. Most leadership roles are in office which limits opportunity for virtual employees. If they do become available, directors and managers almost always have someone already cherry picked prior to posting that they have a prior working/personal relationship with rather than by qualifications."

"This is the first company I have worked for that has an unlimited paid time off policy. When I don't need a full day off, I have the flexibility to work outside of normal business hours. This is so wonderful. I truly feel I can be a super mom. I love working here!"

"I am not sure of the amount of time, since this is not something that I would be using, however with all the other amazing benefits I am sure this is equal to what other companies offer and would not be surprise if it was not better. Ultimate software truly cares about their employee's and ensuring that they have the very best benefits available to them by any employer"

"Ultimate really backs up what they say about work life balance and have amazing benefits for all types of families. They have a really great culture that promotes diversity the best that I have every seen and its all based on just simply treating everyone fairly and equally. "
