"The benefits are great and family oriented. I love how families are invited to events. I also love how benefits focus on not just women, but Ultimate offers generous paternity and adoption leave, as well. I also love how supporting the men in leadership are, and how most of them have come from families with working mothers, as well. This definitely creates an environment of equality and support. "

"Someone (and almost always everyone) will be there there to support you. It's not a dog eat dog environment, it's humans encouraging other humans. They respect and promote women and are constantly looking to make life better for all their peeps. They really do put their people first."
