"Working at UKG has been a great, rewarding experience. I came to UKG through an acquisition and typically had worked for smaller companies. I found the benefits, work-life balance, empathy and opportunities were refreshing and more than I expected. The culture is so important to everyone I speak to and the company does a lot to foster a great culture. Coming from a sales background and supporting sales, I have never worked with so many women. Women are representing in all levels of the organization in a positive way. "

"UKG is a fantastic organization that is truly committed to giving women and people of all backgrounds equal opportunities. I have worked in both the US and European teams and have always felt supported and valued.
Being a stay at home mom for 10 years, I was very worried about re-entering the workforce. My leaders at UKG quickly recognized the value I could provide and have mentored and supported me at every opportunity. I was able to move up quickly to a senior director role where I truly feel I will help drive the future of this organization.
Additonally. UKG's support of and commitment to their ERGs is unlike anything I have experienced in my career. My engagement with FireUp (an ERG focused on empowering women) has been life changing. I am so thankful for the many women I have met through this organization. "

"Yes, I would tell another woman about working at UKG. Although due to the merger UKG is still a work in progress, in a years time I have seen significant changes and two major changes have been equalizing pay and job titles. Also, the benefits are stellar!"

"I worked in both Support and Engineering. I saw more men in management in Engineering but that is likely because there are more men in technology in general. In Support I saw more men in management roles but definitely a more equal disbursement of management duties among men and women in Support than Engineering. "
