"I worked in both Support and Engineering. I saw more men in management in Engineering but that is likely because there are more men in technology in general. In Support I saw more men in management roles but definitely a more equal disbursement of management duties among men and women in Support than Engineering. "

"There have been zero moment in my time here where I felt I was less than my male counterparts. Aside from that, as a mom of multiple with a very bust schedule outside of work, UKG has incredibly supportive of me enjoying my time with my family. My mental health has improved significantly since I began working here."
