"I work in HR and in my personal experience, I've had the most flexibility in my career than ever before. I have the support and understanding from my leadership team, I'm encouraged to focus on my family, and I am trusted. No different than other companies, diversity and equity are opportunity areas that the company is working diligently on bridging gaps.
I would suggest that leadership and team members broaden the employees that are recognized for their work; there's a trend where many of the same employees are recognized throughout the year. These individuals do great work, but there are many other employees that have equally achieved great accomplishments that have strengthened the business and set UKG a part from other organizations by offering a unique experience for both employee and customers. "
