"Be aware that Finance and some other departments are less flexible with hours and remote work. Marketing will be the department with the most flexibility."

"Remote work and flexibility are very good here. The culture was more positive before the merger with Kronos. There is currently a mass exodus and I hope leadership will make the necessary changes to improve things. I think top leaders are breaking things that were working on the Ultimate side because they were blind to why it worked. The message has been loud and clear they value dollars over experience and people. Not enough of the Legacy U people were kept in top positions to protect our culture and it shows. "
