"I always thought I needed to pick family or career. Since starting with UKG I realized I can have both, it is a company that truly cares about balance and taking care of their employees. "

"Depending on geographic location there are certain laws. It is a minimum of 12 weeks in the US and goes up to a year depending on location. You can also extend your time at no-pay as well. "

"UKG is a workplace without boundaries. If you are hard working and you do a great job, opportunities are endless. Leadership is open and receptive to new ideas, and in my own experience, anything I am interested in trying, I am fully supported. I have two small children and I have never once felt like I couldn't have it all. I am celebrated for having a family and encouraged to put them first. Because of this, I want to go the distance for UKG and do whatever I can to help the company succeed. Joining this company five years ago was the best decision I ever made."

"UGK really understands work life balance. They have many women in management positions and my current manager is one of the best managers I have ever had. She is smart, understanding and cares about me as a person. She always supports our team and jumps in to help when needed."

"Company constantly communicating openly with all employees about the importance of work life balance, mental health and overall well-being. Organization understands we are people and our families are priority. Work is important and needs to be completed timely and effectively, so that if personal priorities are impacted, the personal sacrifice is acknowledged and recognized for its significance and commitment."
