      "The corporate culture is very much a good 'ole boy's club - who you know is valued more than your skill set. Leadership is predominantly male and women are meant to "get on the bus" or risk being eliminated. Only positive is that most of the women are very supportive of one another"

      "If you work in corporate your fine, but as far a distribution and warehousing it's geared toward men! Attractive women are often told they are a distraction! 👎 😒"

      "Generally, I believe that women at Under Armour are treated fairly, but management is certainly male dominated in almost every department and office location. However, women at the company are generally supportive of each other, and I hope that as the company continues to grow, that subculture will permeate and foster change."
