Generally, I believe that women at Under Armour are treated fairly, but management is certainly male dominated in almost every department and office location. However, women at the company are generally supportive of each other, and I hope that as the company continues to grow, that subculture will permeate and foster change.

You would think that being in a store that sells workout and sports gear there wouldn't be many women working there, but it was the opposite. Also, there were women in leadership positions as well.
