"Depending on the team, work/life balance is almost non-existent. Women are expected to lead with very masculine traits. During my tenure, several women returned from maternity leave to find their role "centralized" or no longer available due to performance issues that weren't flagged before their pregnancy. "

"The workplace is still an incubator for "good ole' boy" sentiments. Evolving DEI topics are scoffed at. I was openly called a "liber-tard" on weekly, if not daily basis."
