Flexibility depends on your role, but can be very good. Maternity leave policy is fine. Good for your average company, not good for a technology company.

It's a boy's club. Multi-billion dollar company without a single female on it's executive team. 9-10 dude running a company where the customer is 70% female.

    they did a good job equalizing the mat leave policy to 12 weeks across the board but it was broken out by your rank in the company before. level 1/2 you got 6 weeks not even fully paid. horrible.

There are good benifits, however the work life balance is challenging. While the hours can be flexible, the expectations are unreasonable and unattainable on a normal 8 hour day.

This is the only company I have worked at where I have not felt unwelcome or like I was treated differently as a female engineer. They have programs to help women grow and learn to become leaders.
