"Very political culture. Nepotism and promotions go hand in hand here, causing a lot of chaos and incompetent leadership, which senior leadership turns a blind eye to. There is no concern for the employees as humans, only the numbers they produce and most managers don’t coach up, they will deliberately coach out. As you can imagine the turn over is absolutely out of control with both voluntary and involuntary terminations. The average tenure has decreased significantly over the years, with the current average tenure being less than 8 months at best. I have worked her for 8+ years. The company used to be great and very employee centric. With changes at the director level the company has lost sight of the core values they still seem to preach, lacking the action behind them. A company that I absolutely loved has turned into a place that I dread going to. After years of being here and holding out for the light at the end of the tunnel that never seems to come, I’ve decided to part ways and find a company that values human beings. "
