      "The culture at this organization is interesting, though managersseek to make changes, senior leaders are set in their ways. There is high turn over amongst the staff as they are overworked, underpaid and not appreciated in any way. "

      "Wayfair is an interesting company but its culture is lacking. There are few women in management roles, there are few minorities in management roles, there are very few older (45 plus) workers anywhere in the company. Managers are young, very inexperienced, and focused more on how to get themselves promoted, all of which leaves dedicated workers disheartened and disengaged."

      "Wayfair promotes gender equality. That aside, it is a very intense, competitive environment. It's also very collaborative. These competing entities create a tricky line to walk, especially during calibration, twice per year."
