"12 weeks of FMLA is the policy here. Other hospitals like NYP and Columbia have instituted 6 months of maternity leave. Cornell needs to get with the times."

"Generally good for women as they make up the majority of employees but do the bare minimum for maternity leave (12 weeks unpaid) which is especially egregious for a medical institution."
