"It all depends on the organization for which you work. If you work as a Financial Advisor, it's a man's world (and a world of baby boomer generation). And it also is branch dependent. If you luck out and work at a good branch (good team, manager, location), it may be OK. Wells parental leaves, etc. are subpar. Even the health benefits are very strict and inflexible. Not the best company in terms of benefits, leave, flexibility, family, etc."
