"It all depends on the organization for which you work. If you work as a Financial Advisor, it's a man's world (and a world of baby boomer generation). And it also is branch dependent. If you luck out and work at a good branch (good team, manager, location), it may be OK. Wells parental leaves, etc. are subpar. Even the health benefits are very strict and inflexible. Not the best company in terms of benefits, leave, flexibility, family, etc."

"This company makes strides to promote and include women. However, within teams, I belive women are treated less fairly related to pay and bonuses, along with promotion. While we do have some women "at the top" the women in the middle seem to struggle to make it up the chain more than men. From what I understand, the maternity policy is just use of vacation time and short term disability."
