"despite the fact that most senior leaders are men, wells fargo is a women friendly company. i have a female manager, and half my colleagues are women. i would like to see more women in senior leadership roles."

"Females are generally hired into entry-level jobs, but over 90% of leadership beyond the branch level is male. There are no benefits for families. Maternity leave is taken as PTO, as are any prenatal care appts as that's the only way to guarantee the time off."

"If you desire to advance in your career, don't make waves. There are positivie aspects such as attitude toward LGBT community and an improved attitude toward culturally diverse work force. Having said that, again a lot depends on which city and department the woman works / is seeking employment in."
