"Unhealthy and unsafe environment for women and people of color. After an event I reported to HR was substantiated, I was told if I no longer felt comfortable in my work environment to ask my harasser (head of the department) themselves for a transfer. HR insinuated they spoke to the individual about the incident, and there was nothing more they could do. Thank goodness, the state unemployment office thought otherwise. After listening to both sides of the story, it was concluded that my resignation from the company was fully justified due to working conditions Wells Fargo created. This is not a safe, healthy, or inclusive environment. There is zero accountability for managers--only you. I worked here for 6+ years and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. "
